Human Resources Administrator

We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator at our Bedford, MA Corporate Headquarters. 

In this position you will provide administrative support for Human Resources.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:  supporting the Human Resources Recruiter, sourcing/processing resumes, managing candidate and employee databases, preparing offer letters, performing reference checks as well as assisting in the interviewing process of non exempt positions. In addition to the above duties you will act as a resource for employees on HR inquiries, and performing other related HR tasks.  The person in this position also assists with other projects and/or initiatives within the HR Department as necessary

 

The ideal candidate will hold a BS/BA Degree and possess the ability to work both independently and within a team. Strong communication and organizational skills as well as proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc) are a must. Previous experience in HR or a career interest in HR is a plus. .
