Human Resources Consultant (HRC) will report to Senior HR Business Partner and provide support to managers and employees in assigned business units. In collaboration with the Sr HR Business Partner, the HRC will: Support client groups ranging from 600 to 1000+ employees in multiple offices throughout the world. Build effective relationships with Business Unit management to assist in the implementation of HR plans and programs aligned with NVIDIA's overall business goals. Develop relationships with all functional HR groups and International HR Managers. Assess the needs of the customer on an on-going basis, establish and implement sound HR practices and processes, and roll out high impact solutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include providing detailed, practical and valuable support, such as: Counsel and advise managers and employees regarding complex performance issues as well as interventions involving performance and change management Coach and advise managers on HR processes Oversee HR metrics and analytics including trends, tracking business unit specific HR KPIs and progress on employee survey action steps Provide compensation support (i.e., focal administration such as business specific compensation training, process management, data integrity, report generation, performance calibration) Ensure fair and equitable compensation and appropriate leveling within organizations

HRCs will also participate in the development and implementation of a broad spectrum of HR programs and services across multiple businesses, including: Business Unit specific Manager and New Employee Orientation programs Technical training programs Performance management training for managers on tools and guidelines Organization restructuring assessment and consulting Mentoring and Buddy programs Talent planning/high potentials development and retention Management development and 360 feedback Employee survey action tracking

Occasional travel is required to visit employees located in other US and international locations. Minimum Requirements:We are looking for experienced HR professionals looking to grow their careers at a high performing company by working closely with a talented team of HR professionals to plan and deliver cutting edge HR support. Bachelor's degree required. Advanced, Master's degree or MBA a plus A minimum of 5 years Human Resources generalist or relevant experience Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional work Knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices Knowledge in organization assessment, planning, and development; experience with change management a plus Experience working across multiple disciplines in HR with current knowledge of federal, state and local laws and statutes that govern employment practices Experience conducting group facilitation and supporting training program rollouts Adept in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, with expert knowledge in Excel
