Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Manager

 

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining and managing the Human Resources function for the entire organization.

 

Responsibilities

Determines and recommends policies and procedures to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale.

Develop and deploy HR strategies.

Build and maintain effective working relationships to provide advice and counsel on both employee-related and organization matters.

Compensation plan design and implementation.

Ensure HR compliance.

Advise management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.

Work with top management to develop short- and long-term HR policies, plans, and priorities.

 

Requirements:

7-10 years HR generalist experience

 

2 + years management experience

 

BS/BA required.

 

SPHR/PHR a plus but not essential.

 

Start up experience strongly preferred

 

Strong hands on, tactical manager as well as a strategic thinker.
