IBM Mainframe Console Operator

Help us celebrate our 100th Anniversary!!!!!  Krasdale Foods, Inc., a large regional wholesale food distributor with corporate headquarters located in White Plains New York seeks a full time individual for its computer technical services and operations department.

 

This person will work as an IBM Mainframe Console Operator performing various operational tasks, run business and support application programs, print and distribute reports to end users, and perform backup functions and troubleshoot system operations when necessary. Experience working in an IBM Z/890 environment preferred but not necessary. Interaction with system and programming staff as well as Distribution Center operations management is necessary and requires good interpersonal skills. The ability to work flexible hours with occasional travel to our Bronx Distribution Center is very helpful.
