Operations case manager experienced within an operating environment, sound business judgment and compulsive attention to detail.

The case manager is mainly responsible for processing operations tickets, and ensuring fulfillment through the operations ticket/case management system.

Responsibilities:

1. Review ticket packages for completeness and accuracy.

2. Work with cross-functional teams (engineering, QA, operations) to resolve issues related to ticket completion, hardware delivery and software deployment.

3. Accurately assign tickets at the direction of the operations manager.

4. Maintain detailed records in a database including number and types of tickets and resolution status.

5. Track requests for software upgrades and configuration management changes. .

8. Ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed for management reporting and audit requirements.

Requirements:

1. Prior work experience within Ticket/Case Management. (Siebel knowledge a plus)

2. Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.

3. Proficiency with twiki’s and Microsoft Office, especially with Microsoft Excel.

4. Team player and strong interpersonal skills.

5. Excellent verbal and written skills for communicating cross-functionally.

6. Adaptable to changing environments and requirements.

7. Schedule flexibility as needed to support operations demands

8. Excellent internal customer support skills.

9. Interest in technology.
