Application Development Project Manager -SalesForce

 

We have a great opportunity for an actively technical, hands-on, career-minded professional looking to be involved in a dynamic, fast-paced non-profit organization that is migrating onto SalesForce custom application for its core business applications.

 

This position will report to the Director of IT and be instrumental in working hand in hand with a professional services SalesForce partner in conducting business analytics, process optimization, development, conversion, testing, implementation and project management.

 

Post-implementation this position will have hands-on responsibilities for maintaining and evolving our SalesForce platform, integrating with other applications, helping drive a data warehouse and business intelligence solution, evolve our web strategy among other exciting projects.

 

This position will serve as the hands-on team leader and staff manager for a small application development team, contractors and vendors. Current application suite is Lotus Notes 6.5 with Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services which will be migrated to SalesForce.

 

Requirements:BS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience8 + years leading complex business projects.Limited travel to New York, Baltimore or other areas as needed, schedule flexibility
