IT Support Professional

Job Summary 

We are actively pursuing motivated, highly-organized IT Support personnel to join our fast-growing, energetic securities law and regulatory compliance consulting firm.  The most qualified candidate should be detail-oriented, able to stay focused and organized while demonstrating the ability to manage, and execute IT projects.  In addition, successful candidates must have the capability to balance dynamic, multiple evolving priorities while managing day-to-day end user responsibilities as well as critical applications.  We are looking for a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and high energy, multi-tasked environment with an emphasis on analytical thinking, organization, communication and prioritizing work.

 

Qualifications & Skills

· MCP or MCSECertification







·  Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, networked peripheral devices, cabling, and networking hardware and software products.

 



·  Superior organizational skills by keeping files and work area organized. Maintains a knowledge base library of reference and historical data.

 

·  Manages time effectively by utilizing work plans to prioritize competing and interdependent tasks while meeting deadlines.

 

·  Ability to present ideas and support in user-friendly language.
