IT Support Technician

IT Support TechnicianWe seek and experienced and educated Support Technician for a contract to permanent opportunity with our client located in Schaumburg, IL. You will join a small IT Support team that provides on-site and remote help to users of Windows XP, Outlook, and Active Directory. They bulk (80%) of your work will be hands on as you support the latest technologies and assist with new product roll-outs. Since this position offers a direct path to permanent employment status with an outstanding career path, a completed Degree (Associates or Bachelors) is strictly required. IF you have the required experience but no degree unfortunately we cannot consider you for this opportunity. Required Skills:
2+ years of Help Desk and or Desktop support in a corporate environment. XP, Active Directory, Outlook, and Degree all required.
