Responsibilities:Review of daily import shipment documentation for US Customs entry/clearance purposes: Verify/Define goods description for customs purposes Validate unit value/total value against PO, etc. Determine entry type - Section 320; Informal Entry; Formal Entry Confirm HTSUS and Country of Origin data and advise broker Download completed import documentation from courier web-sites; assemble into packet Audit of import documentation Recordkeeping of all import documentation Assist in maintaining C-TPAT compliance data Minimum Requirements:4-6 years of import brokerage experience required Ability to work with cross-functional teams Solid knowledge of the US Import Regulations Excellent spoken/written English Computer skills in all Microsoft Office software SAP knowledge a plus US Customshouse Brokers License preferred EOE
