Requirements

 

 

All qualified applicants will possess these minimum requirements:BS degree with 5+ years in a professional IT environment.  2+ years in a leadership role Solid PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word experienceBasic understanding of ticketing systems and workflow Solid analytical skills and ability to solve problems Collaborative and team-oriented
Customer service oriented Excellent communication both written and verbal
