EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCEUndergraduate Degree or commensurate work experience Excellent knowledge of Radiant products and services and internal sales and business processes The ability to evaluate processes, recommend and implement improvements Knowledge of  MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills Strong people development and management skills Excellent partnership building skills The ability to build relationships at all levels including Sr. level executives The ability to make tough decisions in a timely manner High degree of professionalism
