The ideal candidate will:  This position provides application access management programs, services and investments that protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets.Principal Accountabilities· Assist in developing and managing a HNAH application access management infrastructure by developing business requirements and application designs based on strategic access solutions.  Assist in reviewing and updating business processes for application access management, ensuring compliance with appropriate standards and policies to protect Company information assets.· Complete risk assessments of access management processes.  Analyze process breakdown impacts and determine appropriate control solutions.  Assist in defining and maintaining job-based access profiles for all job functions; maintain repository and actively manage tracking of application access rights by user.· Assist in resolution of information risk-related incidents and problems related to application access management.  · Collect and report on application access risk metrics to enable timely and effective measurement and management reporting on application access management.· Remain current on developments affecting information risk; ensure appropriate communication of these developments.· Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the brand.· Apply compliance; maintain internal control standards, including the timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators; adhere strictly to compliance and operational risk controls in accordance with regulatory standards, policies and practices; report issues and operational loss events.  Abide by human resources and other policies in support of our ethical and respectful work environment.· Complete other responsibilities, as assigned. This position requires an individual with: Minimum of two years proven information risk and/or security experience or equivalent, including experience completing detailed analyses of complex technological environments. Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, related field or equivalent experience. Proven organizational, analytical, decision-making, communications, project management, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Understanding and working knowledge of current information risk and protection trends and best practices.  Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent mainframe systems and software packages.
