We are seeking a Regional IT Technician to install, upgrade and troubleshoot Windows workstations & peripheral devices. The ideal person must be an independent thinker and able to diagnose, research, and solve original problems. Develop written documentation including user instructions, project plans, procedures, presentations, and other documents as necessary. This position also requires strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work closely with staff in the office and by phone. The individual must be organized and capable of working in a team environment. Position maybe located in the Dallas or Ft. Worth offices.Qualifications

Minimum 4 years paid computer support experience. Must be willing & available to travel throughout United States on a regular basis (50% travel required). Preferred certifications CompTIA A+ and Network +. Requires lifting of up to 50 lbs.

High school diploma or equivalent required. One year certificate in computer science or related field from college or technical school desired.
