Supertalent/Ma Labs Inc., a leading PC component distributor and DRAM & Flash products manufacturer in the worldwide, is seeking a highly motivated General Counsel to manage and oversee the legal functions of our company including employment and labor issues.

 

Responsibilities: Provide practical guidance and a partnership with all company organizations to meet business needs Prepare, represent, and manage litigation on behalf of the company, including the supervision of outside counsel Oversee all litigation and pending claims Represent the company in a broad range of labor and employment matters including disciplinary appeals, administrative hearings, grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, unfair labor practice charges, and employment discrimination and harassment litigation. Provide preventive employment counseling on employee relations and other business issues. Provide advice, monitoring, and defense as necessary to protect the company

Qualifications: Ten years progressive experience in managing and handling corporate labor and employment matters Strong knowledge of employment and labor laws Experience working with state and federal court and before various agencies Experience in foreign regulatory environments preferred The experience in patent and intellectual property activities, and general corporate matters is a plus
