We also offer a suite of services including wireless strategy consulting, complete product development, systems integration and independent wireless product test laboratories. About the Opportunity

Integrian is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will qualify leads, initiate consistent dialog with existing customers, write-up customer orders for replacement parts, provide Finance a complete and accurate order package, and coordinate all trade shows.

 

The individual will play an active role in prospective customer requests, gathering information concerning current and future requirements for our products and services, documenting feedback for sales team follow up and customer satisfaction, and future opportunity identification. 

Duties and ResponsibilitiesQualify all inbound leads through calling Respond to all inbound sales emails Conduct 100 outbound phone conversations per week with customers and prospects Document all customer interaction via CRM system

· Contact all existing customers at least once a quarter (Customer Satisfaction)
Answer inbound calls from sales group Contact customers within 60 days of warranty expiration to renew service contracts Perform web based demonstration of products as necessary Present product sales presentations via phone to prospects and customers Provide weekly warranty list for review by manager Write-up all replacement parts orders Provide complete and accurate order package to Finance Produce weekly call reports from CRM Generate sales reports as requested All other duties as assigned


Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent Experience Minimum of three-years experience in a call center and customer satisfaction in a technical sales environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and training experience Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SalesForce.com
