General responsibilities include but not limited to entering orders entering Return Material Authorizations (RMA) answering incoming customer calls answering incoming emails with customer inquires. Specific Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers team members and other departments within the organizationLearn and utilize HSOE Oracle and Business ObjectsThoroughly learn and utilize the telephone system remaining available to take phone calls at all assigned timesProcess EDI OrdersCustomer Set-Up SheetsRespond in a timely manner to all customers inquires via email fax and telephone that include but not limited to: Provide Tracking Information Provide Stock Availability Enter Customer Orders Enter Sample Orders Enter Return Material Authorization (RMA) Continually communicate and assist in resolving any issues that would effect customer relationships Follow the sales channel procedures for maintaining customer information Escalate any discrepancies in part numbers UPC codes or other obstacles that prevent 100% customer satisfaction Learn and remain proficient on all Belkin product lines Provide assistance to all sales channels as needed and requested Attend all required meetings and trainings that are offered Recognize and escalate any and all critical issues regarding company policies to management immediately Exhibit a professional and courteous manner at all times Take full responsibility for individual actions Depending on channel some travel may be required Understand and fully support the OHSAS system and fulfill responsibilities under OHSAS 18001 Understand and fully support the ISO system and fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 Maintain a safe and clean work environment Understand and follow company rules and regulations Perform tasks for special projects as assignedEducation and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or the equivalent Working knowledge of computers and general office machines Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite an or equivalent Pleasant and professional telephone manner Ability to convey ideas clearly in written form Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent phone skills and etiquette required as the majority of business is done over the phone Depending on channel bilingual skills may be required Ability to travel for overnight tripsBelkin is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer.1-3 years of related work experience
