Inside Sales Representative - IT Products and Services
Cordicate IT wants to talk to candidates interested in an Inside Sales Representative position.
Cordicate IT, a rapidly growing Information Technology services group is looking for Inside Sales Representatives.
As an Inside Sales Representative within Cordicate IT, you will work within a designated territory to qualify, develop and maintain customers. You will be responsible to identify, quote and close sales opportunities for Cordicate IT’s product and service solutions. This entry level position will be responsible for managing and supporting multiple clients of various size and technology. This job is ideal for individuals interested in entering the Information Technology field in a sales capacity. Candidates must be able to maintain and grow existing customer relationships, develop relationships with new customers, follow-up on sales leads and grow an account base.

Requirements:
Principal Responsibilities
The work will be varied, but will include:
•Make outbound calls to prospects, qualify, and convert new business.
•Provide pricing, quotes and take orders over the phone and through email.
•Utilize phone, email and web tools to effectively communicate our offerings.
•Answer/respond to customers inbound product questions.
•Maintain customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate data.
•Understanding Cordicate IT’s wide ranging product offerings as an Information Technology Solution Provider.
•Creating and executing against a personal action plan specific to growth.
•Working in a team environment with Cordicate IT Sales Director, Staff and Cordicate IT Partners.
•Prospecting and profiling potential accounts via the telephone and email.
•Making a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day to enhance lead generation skills.
•Meeting a quota for daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals.
•To meet and/or exceed individual (and/or team) product & services revenue target(s).
•Effectively build and execute a territory plan to maximize revenue.
•Work with technical sales engineers to technically qualify and advance opportunities to closure.
•Maintain focus on the Total Customer Experience in all interactions with customers and partners.
•Weekly forecasting - know the $ amounts, status, decision makers and next steps in closing opportunities
•Responsible for calls to prospective customers and clients, distributor ordering, preparing and delivering estimates and quotes.
Experience and Requirements

•Must be results driven and goal-oriented.
•Experience with Windows and Microsoft Office and web browsers.
•Excellent written and oral communications skills.

•Associate or Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
•1–3 years of previous inside sales experience preferred but not required, preferably in the Information Technology industry.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills via the phone and internet.
•Must be comfortable speaking with high level decision makers.
•Must be mature and confident with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
•Must be assertive, creative, and a team player.
•Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
•Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take the initiative to get things done.
•Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient).
•Positive attitude, self-motivated, confident and tenacious.
•Ability to sell IT services a major plus.
•Experience with any of the following products a plus: Microsoft, Juniper, VMware, EMC, HP, Cisco, F5, APC, Symantec.
