NVIDIA GPU's are high performance computers on a single chip. On chip network design is a growing challenge for efficiently scaling to higher performance. We are expanding our research and development in interconnection networks. Interests include technical leaders and project leaders with proven industry experience in designing high performance computer interconnection networks. Special focus for this position is knowledge of best practices for performance analysis. A technical leader profoundly influences the direction of our products. NVIDIA's success requires a unique melding of high performance systems and fast product cycles. Responsibilities:This position requires expertise in interconnection network design and performance evaluation. The ability to communicate, research, and design winning solutions will be the primary responsibilities. Minimum Requirements:Network switch fabric, optical switches, and distributed system fabric design are good examples of relevant experience. Demonstrated success in delivered solutions, and strong background in design, verification, and validation are a must. 8 years of design and verification experience in interconnection networks. 5 years of technical research and/or network architecture system development. May be shown through patents or publications. BSEE, BSCSE, or equivalent required. MS or PhD desired. EOE
