Job Title:   Inventory Control Assistant



 

 

SUMMARY: Performs the full range of receiving and tracking hardware. Logs incoming hardware into database.  Identifies, researches, and resolves problems with receiving process.  Prepares reports for management.   Candidate must have excellent administrative and organizational skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. Work is located in Ft. Worth, Texas.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Position consists of receiving and tracking hardware Follow and adhere to receiving requirements and specifications Identify and track receiving errorsFollow and adhere to donate/disposal requirements and specificationsComplete the required forms necessary for processCreate custom reports as requested and meet established timelinesEstablish and maintain good working relationships with client Perform other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 One year experience in inventory control or warehouse receivingProficiency in Microsoft Office, Word & ExcelMust possess good verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time-management skills and a proven ability to multi-task in a high paced environmentPer contract, U.S. citizenship is requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government issued Public Trust clearance

 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent
