ROLE:  Java Developer/Analyst

TERM: 9 months + possible two yr extension.

LOCATION: Alexandria, Va(DC area candidates only)

The candidate will be responsible for the analysis of business, engineering, and scientific problems, and the documentation and development of well-defined methods, procedures, and programs, in the delivery of practical systems solutions.
 
Should have experience with hands-on Java development. This includes detailed, software design, developing code to implement the design, debug, and unit test, and integrating the applications. Design and development experience using Rational tools  (WSAD, RAD) or Eclipse, Database programming using SQL and JDBC with DB2 or Oracle, experience with OOAD and UML to develop and document Design artifacts.
