Position Description:CIBER has an immediate need for a J2EE Developer with JCAPS / Java CAPS integration experience to transition 700+ applications out of a legacy environment to SOA Framework using JCAPS. Candidate will perform code migration, maintenance, and support error log checklists, along with the following: Develop new JCAPS architecture components based on business requirements Maintain Environment consistency and overall health of the Apply ESR's (evaluate, test, schedule, coordinate and deploy) Develop and Test Disaster Recovery Plan Create Scripts for Environment Support Ensure High Availability of JCAPS Components (e.g. restart Logical Host if it is down) Develop scripts to monitor JMS Queues Design JCAPS Repository Structure Develop security policies for Developer, Support and External Application Access to JCAPS Keep JCAPS Administrators Guide up to date Train developers on new and existing architecture components Participate in tech design reviews and code walkthroughs. Provide developer guidance as required.
