Wicket is the framework they use, it is a huge plus if they have this and it is not required. J2EE, JSPs, Servlets, SQL Server, J Boss, Eclipse, Ant and Ivy and CVS. Minimum of 5 years of Java Development experience is required.  Notes from manager: Need to understand why to choose one design option over another. Core Java skills need to be strong Needs to have been part of a major development project (not short term projects) Need to know why to use a certain design patterns. Hibernate is important, should have worked with it and understand it.
