Job Description:Provide software technical services for the development, maintenance and implementation of a weather collection and dissemination program to include: analysis, design, development, implementation, maintenance and documentation.  Provide customer training on enhancements and modifications.  Assist customers with data flow issues and concerns.  Work with other agencies to monitor and manage dependencies for software upgrades.  Provide 24/7 technical support.  Ability to work efficiently alone as well as in a group.  Abililty to communicate effectively both orally and written. Ability to work within a specific deadline and timeframes. 

Required Skills:

JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, UNIX, SQL, testing and documentation

Desired Skills:

J2EE, JSP, RDBMS, PERL, Korn Shell, Exceed
