Jr Sales Representative STS

This is an entry level outside sales position in the General Territory or EDU Territory. This role will comprise of general cold calling activities both in person as well as telesales. The primary objective will be to identify new customers typically in the small & medium business space that will typically be new customers to Sun and Agilysys STS. This Junior Representative will be mentored during the initial six (6) months of employment by a senior level Representative and/or a Sales Director. Stay current on Sun product offerings and promotions and show the sales team how to leverage the programs. Cold Calling and Prospect via tele-sales in new areas and into existing account base expanding the territory portfolio of accounts & opportunities. Manage SAR, OpReg and DealReg process on an as needed basis. Face to Face Sales visits (Cold Calling) to close deals that are below $100k to gain outside sales experience. Account Planning with OEM Forecasting & Marketing Events

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or four to six years of relevant experience required.

• Sales experience and successful customer prospecting.

• Ability to develop, cultivate, and leverage customers and OEM relationships to sell our solutions.
