Junior Usability Engineer

Job Description:

The Usability Engineer works on various project teams to develop user-centered designs for enterprise-level desktop and web applications. Responsibilities include human factors engineering, heuristic evaluations, and usability testing for software-process applications. You will work to improve the usability, usefulness, and desirability of desktop and web applications in collaboration with User Interface Designers, Project Managers, System Engineers, and Production Engineers.

Qualifications:
 * 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in human factors and usability engineering. At least one year applying these
 skills to the design and development of enterprise software.



 * Experience in gaining active end-user involvement in the specification, design, and implementation phases through
 interviews, site visits and formal usability studies.
