The L&D Coordinator provides the highest level of coordination, administrative, and logistical support to the department. Typical responsibilities include preparation for New Employee Orientation, Technical Training, Management Development, and Employee Development Programs; maintenance of records and metrics; survey creation, compilation, and dissemination; logistical support for classes; and general administrative support to the department. Responsibilities:Coordinates the preparation and follow-up for New Employee Orientation Works with other U.S. and international locations to provide up-to-date materials for New Employee Orientation Oversees and reports employee learning activity via the Learning Management System (LMS); manages registration process for all L&D activity; schedules and maintains the Lewis & Clark and K1 Training conference rooms, ensuring proper set up and functionality of equipment; ensures facilitator requirements are met; Compiles and analyzes information to create standard and specialized reports Tracks spending to budget and ensures appropriate chargebacks are processed Works with Legal to generate and seek approval for Service Agreements with vendors Supports, participates in, and manages project work Builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships with our preferred vendors Maintains internal department documents, ensuring their currency and accuracy Provides general administrative support, including setting up meetings, calendar coordination, preparation of POs, processing of invoices, filing, faxing, photocopying, and coordinating travel as needed Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Strong multitasking skills with ability to prioritize Critical thinking & analytical skills Resourceful and self-starter Highly organized with strong follow-through skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Enthusiastic team player Flexible, especially in changing and ambiguous situations Maintains confidentiality Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Able to work with minimal supervision EOE
