Laptops Plus

 

Laptops Plus is a full service repair and sales facility serving our customers in three different locations. We specialize in all repair software & hardware and new/used laptop sales.

 

    Laptop Technician

 

Key Areas of Responsibility

 

- The Laptop technician is responsible for providing excellent technical services and communication with our clients.

- Diagnosing, Troubleshooting, format and reloading, backing up data, speeding up Windows 98-Vista.

- Repairing DC Jacks is preferred but training can be provided

- LCD replacement / Motherboard Replacement

- Identifying and fixing the core problems that customers express.

- Removing Viruses and streamlining windows without just reloading the system

 

Skills & Attributes:

The ideal candidate will be passionate and love what they do for a living. Candidate will be skilled with multi-tasking, attention to detail, analytical thinking/problem solving, confident presentation of ideas utilizing persuasion and leadership.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to jump on technical and customer service issues and produce resolution, able to shift gears with changing priorities, be able to work the diverse personalities and cultures and be able to work well in a team as well as independently. 

 

Requirements:

 

- Minimum of 3+ Yrs Experience in a similar role

- Experience in Retail and/or Customer service

- Extensive knowledge of repairing hardware and software

- Somebody that loves what they do


-  A+ and MCP certifications Preferred  

Salary/Hourly Range:

 

- Salary dependent on experience
