Latin America Order Flow Specialist

In this position, you will provide top notch support to Insight’s sales staff and clients in the Latin American region. 

 

Some of the basic duties of this job include: Answer physical operational questions relating to LATAM order flow Follow up on operational escalations and forms processing Track purchase orders with Latin American partners and vendors Track shipments in Latin America Work with Partners to collect reporting and fees Assist Alliance Partner sales team in projects as needed Create processes for increased efficiency Maintain and collaborate with Marketing on client facing material Create and maintain training documents and resources for sales force

 To be successful in this job, you must: Speak fluent Spanish.  (Spanish and Portuguese is preferred)  Have strong computer, PC & Microsoft Office skills Be detail oriented, and have strong analytical ability Be able to work in a high email volume environment Have excellent communication and customer service skills Have a sense of quality and professionalism Be great at multi-tasking and have impeccable follow-up skills Be self-reliance and be resourcefulness Be able to conduct research and exercise good business judgment.



Other skills that will be helpful in this position include: Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees.  Ability to analyze orders on the backlog and resolve in SAP or with the help of other departments. Ability to read and interpret excel spreadsheets. Ability to work under deadlines and prioritize responsibilities. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints while under a high volume of daily tasks.  Bachelors’ degree is a plus. See Job Description.
