Helio is a joint venture between SK Telecom, one of the world's most advanced wireless carriers, and EarthLink, the next generation Internet service provider.Here's what you'll be doing at Helio:• Manage a team of 3-4 sales associates within a company owned kiosk . Assist guests to determine which product and service best fit their needs • Educate guest on product lines and guide them through the selection process • Maintain awareness of all product requirements and information, promotions, and advertising • Provide excellent customer service to all guests at Helio • Engage in company sponsored programs and events to develop new guests and referrals • Conduct guest credit inquiries and add guest’s account information into our billing system • Maintain store’s cleanliness and organization • Demonstrate a working knowledge of Helio products and services • Team Player What we're looking for:• 1 – 3 years in a sales environment • Prior wireless and/or kiosk management experience a plus • Successful completion of Helio’s New Hire Training Program • A desire to work with others and serve guests • Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier and fax • Ability to stand on feet for a full 8 hour shift • Ability to effectively communicate verballyHELIO is an Equal Opportunity EmployerFor quick consideration apply here
