Apply today!   Primary Responsibilities: The Assistant IT Analyst position installs, maintains and repairs computer hardware and software. Responsible for answering questions and providing technical assistance and support for internal and external clients in office and at remote jobsite locations in person or via telephone. Provides assistance concerning the use of computer and peripheral hardware and software, including operating systems, printing, installation, integration, email, and enterprise software. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:   ·  Install and perform repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications in office and job site locations. ·  Reference technical manuals, confer with users, and conduct computer diagnostics to determine nature of problems and provide technical assistance. ·  Test and monitor software, hardware, and peripheral equipment to evaluate use, effectiveness, and adequacy of product for user. ·  Coordinate the setup and deployment of computer hardware and software. ·  Install, update, and troubleshoot computer software applications. ·  Set up job-site networks, including but not limited to telephone systems and high speed Internet connections. ·  Assist in maintaining office phone system. ·  Assist in support of video conferencing and presentation equipment. ·  Maintain record of daily data communication transactions, problems, remedial action taken, and installation activities.



Qualifications Include:

Associate Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

One year of professional computer systems experience preferred.

A proactive, rather than reactive, approach in working with computer systems.

Self starter with ability to achieve goals and tasks independently.

Excellent diagnostic and problem solving skills with attention to detail.

Ability to handle follow-up contact with clients and A&P employees.

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

Ability to manage many tasks simultaneously.
