Level 3 Computer Technician

Palmer Technology Solutions is looking for a Level 2 and Level 3 Computer Technician.  Microsoft and Cisco certifications are a plus.

 

 

The Level 2 and Level 3 Technician will build, install and maintain the network infrastructure for our clients.  The position requires timely and professional support of client networks and phone systems via onsite, remote and phone support as needed.

 

Responsibilities will include:

- Server installations and migrations

- Server management

- Server and Network troubleshooting

- PC troubleshooting

- Security Implementations including:

 - Cisco Firewalls

 - Group Policies

 - Active Directory

 - Security Updates

 - Anti-Spyware

 - Anti-Virus

- Assisting customers with Disaster Recovery Planning

Qualifications for a Level 2 and Level 3 Technician

 

Technical Experience

- MCP or MCSE is a plus

- 5+ years experience is a plus 

- Experience with building, installing and migrating servers on a Windows 2003 Platform is a plus

- Exchange 2003 W/Mobile Implementations is a plus

- Network Security experience is a plus

- Telephony installations including VOIP is a plus
