MS Project Scheduler - Intermediate Level

Shim Enterprise Inc. is seeking a motivated and well-organized individual to assist the 643rd ELSS at Maxwell-Gunter AFB with the creation, reporting, and maintenance of MS Project schedules. The successful candidate will provide support for project schedules, Work Breakdown Structures, and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development. Work will be performed on-site at Maxwell-Gunter AFB.

 

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of MS Project software to create schedules, integrate schedules to monitor resource loadings, and baseline and track progress. Strong working knowledge of MS Project 2003 and MS Office 2003 are required. Background in IT infrastructure projects preferred. Advanced knowledge and experience working with the OSSW Systems Engineering Process (SEP) is a huge plus.

 

The successful candidate will have:Strong customer relationship and communication skills (oral and written). Good writing and presentation skills. Excellent computer skills and strong working knowledge of MS Project and the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.The ability to work with multiple team members to drive deliverables to scheduled dates. Bachelor's degree or four years experience in planning and scheduling IT projects required. Background in IT infrastructure projects preferred.
