Manager, Channel Sales

Job Description:

Bigfoot Networks is looking to hire a channel sales manager to drive and develop relationships with Distribution, E-tail, Retail, System Integrator, and OEM channels.  This person will focus on identifying, negotiating, and growing the relevant channels. The person should possess the ability to quickly reach and develop relationships with key decision makers within the Customer’s organization. Experience in closing and managing accounts is required.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how each channel operates, how to implement marketing programs, and how to measure the effectiveness of different programs.  Organizational skills, the ability to manage resources, and past experience in selling technology products will be critical.  Must be able to thrive in fast-paced environment; must work well with senior management. This is a great opportunity at an early stage consumer technology business with large market potential.

Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and negotiate reseller relationships with Distribution, E-tail, Retail, System Integrator, and OEM channels. Continually expand Company’s presence in all accounts. Evangelize Company’s technology throughout all levels of the Customer’s organization. Interface with the Company’s marketing team to define and execute programs that drive sales through the channel. Interface with engineering and marketing teams to develop/execute products/programs that fit Customer’s roadmap. Manage the testing and qualification process for new products. Analyze the financial impact of contracts, marketing programs, and other opportunities. Partner with Customers to promote and co-market Company’s products. Manage pipeline and sales reporting. Work with legal/CFO to negotiate and draft agreements Support international Customers with localization, support setup, legal issues, product requirements, etc.

Our Ideal Candidate: PASSIONATE ABOUT ONLINE PC GAMING! Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent. 4+ years technology sales experience 2+ years selling a gaming related product. Deal negotiation and client management experience with the ability to structure complex business transactions Existing reseller contacts in organizations that have a presence in PC gaming components. Experience closing, launching and supporting international deals. Superior communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact cross-functionally at all organizational levels Strong time management and prioritization skills with a demonstrated ability to execute against multiple projects and excel in a fast-paced, results-oriented work environment Strong financial modeling experience and presentation skills Experience in start-up work environment Willingness to travel 25% time.
