Manager (Manager/Supervisor of Staff) Location: US-NY-Rochester Status: Full Time, Employee Relevant Work Experience: 7+ to 10 Years Job Description Manager, Global Project Delivery and Project Management Kodak WWIS is looking for a dedicated Manager to coordinate and drive our project management group. General Summary of Role: Provides work and resource leadership to the Global Project Management Resource Group. Responsible for the Project Management Staffing of all Global Applications Projects, quality of deliverables and overall performance of project delivery. Responsible for leading the Project Delivery and Project Management Centers of Excellence. Responsible to develop recommendations and implement improvements to the current portfolio management processes. Specific Duties & Responsibilities: All HR Activities, including Performance Appraisal, Pay Delivery, Employment Development, Resource Planning, HR Administratin for all resources in the Project Management Center of Excellence. Responsible for the tools and processes used to Run and Deliver Investment projects and work. Develop a Project Management Center of Excellence including : 1. Training on KIIP and industry best practices. 2. External Benchmarking for Process Capability. 3. Increases effectiveness and independence of Project Managers and reduction of project administration. 4. Create Project Tracking Tools with a focus on early warning systems. 5. Project Management Focus that enables improved estimates and planning. Drive an overall improvement in the Project Management Capability within Global WWIS that will enable our ability to increase our annual investment levels from 10M to 20M with increased quality of delivery and adherence to timelines. Responsible to implement a world-class portfolio process. Leadership Skills: Proven Project Management Experience with PMI Project Management Certification desired.
