Manager of Professional Services

Location Flexible to the NFL area must have prior managment experience of at least 5 years.Position Profile Reporting to the Area President or VP - Sales, the Manager, Professional Services provides leadership in the growth and implementation of high-end technology based solutions into the IKON North America Area customer base. Responsible for supporting the sales structure that understands and supports selling IKON offerings into the customer environment for solving business information storage and workflow and knowledge management issues.Job Duties and Responsibilities Manage Professional Services P&LDirect responsibility for Professional Services P&LEnsure that services are provided, implemented correctly and billed in a timely and accurate manner.Allocate resources where necessary to implement solutions or customers problem resolution.Manage integration of package services into Sales forceWork with the management staff on implementing new policies and procedures.Manage roll out plans for Solution PackCoordinate launch of Solution Packs and technology offerings by understanding the fit for the Region or Area, identifying champion and organizing training for successful launch or implementationCreate training and provide information to existing Sales personnel to clarify the sales strategy for technology-based solutionsProvide sales assistance where necessary to Area personnelProvide account manager and customer point of contact for accountability in problem resolutionProvide presentations and trainings to Areas on technology offerings and how those fit within customers business needsPerforms other duties as assigned. Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certifications) Requires 4-8 years experience in the areas of technology solutions sales and consulting.Requires completion of a four-year degree and/or knowledge typically gained through attainment of a 4-year degree.
