In order to further propel our success, we are looking for a Process Engineer to help increase our plant yield, optimize finished product quality, and create a truly Six Sigma environment.

At this point in our expansion, there's plenty to be done, and we're eager to see your strengths at work. So bring your ideas and problem solving skills, and show us what you've got! With little organizational bureaucracy, you'll find that it doesn't take much to quickly influence change and get your proposals implemented. And since we are in such a specialized market and our plant yield is relatively low, even small changes can have a dramatic effect on our bottom line.

If you have 5+ years of industrial process engineering experience in an ISO environment and demonstrated experience and knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/JIT, Kaizan, Kanban, 5S, and Poke Yoke techniques, methodologies and principles, as well as FMEA and Six Sigma, we invite you to read more. . .
