SUMMARY:

Fast paced Technical Support Call Center in Twinsburg seeks English and Spanish speaking Call Center Representatives.

 

SALARY / BENEFITS:Starting pay $9 to $10/hr based on experience, bilingual, and shift availability; 90-day wage increase up to $12.50/hr OR 100% paid family health benefits.  All FT employees receive: paid vacation, holidays, quarterly incentive bonus, life insurance, 50% company match 401K, tuition reimbursement, and more!Open 7-days per week 7am to 12am; weekends are required.

REQUIREMENTS:We seek experience in all area's of telecommunications Including analog and digital cable, digital phone and high- speed internet Reliable employeesCall center experience preferredComputer literacyBasic Consumer Electronics/Home Theather KnowledgeWillingness to exceed caller expectationsA self starter who can work with minimal supervisionBilingual Spanish is a plus
