Marketing Programs ManagerLocation: Preferred North Carolina, but open to East Coast CTI is seeking a Marketing Programs Manager for a direct hire position client that will develop effective, integrated marketing communications and lead generation programs using traditional and non-traditional marketing techniques such as email marketing, online advertising, search engine marketing, telemarketing and direct mail. This person will work closely with internal and external resources to develop and execute the strategy, theme, messaging, and reporting for these programs.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the planning, development and implementation of integrated marketing programs to exceed marketing goals and objectives.Supervise programs, establish program objectives and measurements, and ensure objectives are achieved.Work with vendors and the Marketing team to ensure the Web site is optimized for demand generation activities.Maintain knowledge of the market conditions, and emerging industry and Marketing trends.Automate Marketing and Sales processes to establish, measure, track and manage all campaigns, responses and pipeline impact.Work closely with Sales and Product Marketing to garner feedback and evolve marketing programs to ensure Sales alignment.Communicate information regarding upcoming programs and program results to internal and external audiences.Ensure leads generated by programs are properly assigned and continuously nurtured throughout post-event lead qualification process.Develop Marketing collateral and other Sales support materials ( support functionality)Manage budgets for specific programs and ensure they meet the overall marketing plan and budget.Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Excel and MS Office software applications  Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and operate in fast paced environment. Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action Employer M/F/D/V  Company: Consonus Technologies Location: Charlotte, NC 28217 Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Marketing/Product Occupations: Brand/Product Marketing;Direct Marketing (CRM);Marketing Communications Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Industry: Computer Hardware;Computer Software;Computer/IT Services
