Marketing Specialist

Trilogy Leasing Co., LLC is a rapidly growing, diversified lessor specializing in the leasing of new and previously owned technology and telecommunications equipment as well as various capital equipment.  We target profitable medium and large companies with the majority of our business transacted with Fortune 500 type companies as well as other credit worthy entities.  Trilogy Solutions, LLC is a premier Hewlett-Packard reseller.  We are headquartered in Cranbury, New Jersey and we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support both organizations.

 

Qualifications Requirements: Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategicallyMust able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneouslyMust be a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company and its operating unitsExcellent communication skills are necessaryPrevious experience in a marketing function preferred

 Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Creating and posting press releasesUpdating the content of the Trilogy websitesNewsletter and email blasts to customers and prospectsCustomizing news feeds for our customersCreating marketing materials as handouts and/or mailersWorking on our 'Music on hold' messagingPlanning and implementing marketing campaigns in conjunction with HP, VMware, and our other partnersTracking monies received from manufacturers for our marketing programsHandling manufacturer audits for proof of spendDeveloping e-mail signature blocks as a marketing toolDesigning promotional giveaways (e.g. coffee mugs, T-shirts, jackets, etc.)Maintaining customer and prospect US Mail and e-mail databases         Speaking regularly with our sales reps to determine the effectiveness of our campaigns
