We have a new opportunity in our Marshfield, MA facility for a
NETWORK SUPERVISOR

This position has a small group of off-site Network Technicians as direct reports and the Supervisor reports to an off-site Network Manager

TO SUCCEED IN THIS POSITION, YOU MUST HAVE:
  * A working knowledge of Windows domain environments: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Windows 2000 & XP, and Microsoft Office 2000 & 2003
  * A consistently easy-going personality
  * Experience providing third level support to Network Technicians needing assistance
  * The ability to install and oversee the installation of network PC’s, operating systems and software
  * The ability to remain calm and take charge when an unexpected problem occurs?
  * An understanding of the need to keep users informed, at all times, of progress and approximate  completion times
  * The ability to constantly shift priorities without getting flustered

  * At least 4 years of experience in a related position

  * Current experience working in a Supervisory, Senior or Lead Tech position in an IT Network environment

  *Experience directing the workflow of others YOU MUST ALSO BE:
