CyberTec is looking to hire multiple Account Managers / Senior Technical Recruiter and Technical Recruiter to staff contracts throughout the world. The candidate must have a strong track record of consistency and show a very strong work ethic and self-discipline

 

Job Description:Full life cycle recruiting for both internal and external positions within our company Overall managing of the Recruiting process and assist/mentor junior and part time recruiters

 

Required Skills:Conduct full life cycle recruiting to include sourcing resumes, Internet recruiting, conducting interviews, checking references and coordinating offers Ability to calculate/salary/rate costing for proposals  Writing of Job Descriptions,  Track submissions, interviews, and hires Ability to meet and work with clients and managers to determine requirements  Strong IT recruiting experience is required Require some travel to meet clients and candidates on a regular basis outside of the officeFamiliarity with VMS sourcing and research is a plus.Organization, self motivation and the ability to work with others in a fast pace and dynamic environment is a must.Meets and exceeds goals and quotas.Experience across vertical markets and business sectors are highly desirable. Ability to work independently in a metrics and quota driven organization. Background working with major corporations and global companies is highly desirable Critical decision making ability and negotiation skills are a plus.  Familiarity with contracts and contractual language are desired. Track record of meeting company goals and objectives.
