Location: San Ramon, CA 94583 Employment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Reference Code: 1001058416 TITLE:   Network Admin / EngineerLOCATION:  San Ramon, CADURATION:   8 monthsREQUIREMENTS AND SKILL SETS  Must be US Citizen, Perm Resident or EAD ONLY- NO CORP-to-CORP TCP/IP - Intermediate  Required  Networking, Routing - Intermediate  Required  UNIX - Intermediate  Desired  Testing/Troubleshooting - Intermediate  Desired  MS Excel - Intermediate  Desired  Windows Applications - Intermediate  Desired   JOB DESCRIPTION  Perform physical hardware setup and connections for Residental Gateways (RG) and STBs in support of test orders. Utilizing multiple applications and Element Management Systems to troubleshoot problems encountered in RG and STB activation process (2Wire CMS, G2, MS IPTV). Coordination and collaboration with IT, Operations, and 3rd Party vendors to troubleshoot and configure applications and databases. Support development of specialized testing plans. Support ongoing test environment maintenance and upgrades as needed. Focus will include client integration testing support, flow through test order troubleshooting support, problem recreation, and resolution/root cause analysis. Day and Evening shifts. Weekend Rotations are every 2- 4 weeks for 8 months. Monday - Friday (3pm-Midnight); weekend rotation Monday - Friday, (8am-5pm) and weekend rotations.
