Network Administrator/Field Support Specialist

The Ruhlin Company, one of Ohio's most prominent general contractors and construction managers, has an immediate need for a Network Administrator/Field Support Specialist:

 

Job Responsibilities Installation and support of servers and peripherals Provide users with "help desk" support Setup hardware and networks and provide support to remote job sites Maintenance of computers, printers, fax machines and other office equipment Perform software upgrades Train users as needed Maintain up to date knowledge of IT-related trends and technology Additional assignments as needed

 

Qualifications Associates or Bachelors degree in Computer Systems or a closely related field; or equivalent experience MCSE certification preferred Minimum of 3 years IT-related experience Citrix Metaframe experience preferred Must have experience with Windows 2003 Server, MS Exchange 2003, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, login scripts, Microsoft Office applications, hardware support and maintenance, VPNs and Microsoft IIS administration Must be a self starter with the ability to work independently Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; demonstrated ability to quickly establish effective relationships within a diverse environment Ability to perform day travel to in-state job sites required Ability to lift, carry and move the equipment as needed
