This would include Cisco routers & switches, network protocols, network diagnostics, etc. He/she should display the confidence and courtesy necessary to deal with the business units. Candidates must have the following:• Ability to develop good documentation: Visio diagrams, spreadsheets, written reports, and detailed design.• Ability to multi-task: many projects are assigned, and interrupts occur from many sources throughout the day.• Ability to quickly learn the network environment and design cost effective solutions for business requirements.• Ability to maintain composure under extreme stress.• College education and some number of Cisco certifications..
