Job Description
Required software/hardware skills:
Hands on hardware and software troubleshooting experience in a predominately Mac OSX/9 environment with familiarity of MacOSX connection to MS active directory. Must have working knowledge of Adobe CSx suite, Extensis Suitcase (font issues), Microsoft Office, and Macintosh printer related issues
Certifications and work experience may be used to substitute college diploma requirement. Excellent technical knowledge of Macintosh/pc hardware and software. Xserve G5 and external disk array Networking MAC in a Windows 2003 environment MAC design applications and how they interact with the operating systems Experience with Windows AD printer/file share Extensive experience supporting Adobe CS 2, CS 3 Microsoft Office 2004 (MAC) Microsoft Outlook/Entourage (Exchange 2003 environment) Windows XP professional Working technical knowledge of current network protocols, operating systems and standards. Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedural documentation, and OEM guides. Ability to conduct research into Macintosh/PC issues and products as required. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high -pressure environment. Strong customer-service orientation. Certifications and work experience may be used to substitute college diploma requirement
