Network Technician

Company growth has created an opportunity for workstation technicians in the Toledo/Swanton area.  The position is responsible for maintaining information technology activities in local school districts.

 

Duties include:

 

1)  Support LAN/WAN environments for K-12 schools

2)  Assist with installation, support/management of server equipment and software, tape backup equipment, power redundancy resources and internet connectivity resources.

3)  Execute image deployment technologies (Ghost, SMS…)

4)  Break/Fix activities

5)  Some project management

 Preferred Qualifications/Certifications:

 Up to 2 years related experience in similar position Team oriented and process oriented individual Experienced in PC/MAC Hardware installation, Workstation/2000/XPDemonstrated outstanding customer interface and coordination skillsWell organized and can work independentlyProfessional appearanceMicrosoft certifications and A+College or equivalent successful work experience a plusNovell, Linux, Cisco, Macintosh, & Wireless certifications a plus
