JOB DESCRIPTION:
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
1. Minimum 3 years experience working with Nortel 81C or CS1000M phone systems
2. Good written and verbal communications
3. Good customer service skills
4. Working knowledge of Cell Phone and Blackberry Support

HARDWARE/SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENT:
Nortel 81C & CS1000M, Call Pilot, Centigram

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Provide day to day support of the phone system and users. Provide support for all cell phones, pagers and Blackberries.
