Provide software technical support to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with OEM's, software engineers and program managers to reproduce customer reported issues, assist in root cause determination, and verify reported defects are fixed. Minimum Requirements:4+ years customer support or software/hardware test experience required. Power user of Windows Vista, XP, Mac OS X or Linux operating systems. Experience testing or strong knowledge of graphics, audio, video, networking, and or storage preferred. Must have extensive experience building, configuring and troubleshooting PCs, or laptop systems. Solid understanding of core logic chipset preferred. Experience troubleshooting and resolving hardware or software issues a must. Good communication skills are essential. Proven leadership experience desired. Bachelors or equivalent degree preferred.
