Provide software technical support to our customers. Work with our customers, software and hardware engineers, sales and marketing to verify, log and track customer reported issues. Test our products on customer specific platforms to ensure compatibility with standard, high-end, and entertainment PC solutions. Provide timely and professional communication to various cross functional departments and customers. Minimum Requirements:Extensive experience building, configuring and troubleshooting PCs, or Laptop systems. Solid understanding of PC's at the component level. Power user of WinXP or Win2K operating systems. Experience testing or strong knowledge of graphics, audio, video, networking, and or storage desired. 4+ years customer support or software test experience required. Good communication skills are essential. Proven project leadership experience desired.EOE
