The ideal candidate will possess:  2-3 years network experience 1-2 OS-Solaris experience Window1-2 years NOC experience. Ability to handle 80% of escalations that are sent from Tier 1.  Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking technology Basic knowledge of Windows NT Windows 2000 and UNIX. Basic Understanding of WEB applications such as IIS, Cold Fusion Apache. Understanding of Terminal Services, SSH PC anywhere and Citrix Understanding of ticket tracking systems such as Remedy Basic knowledge of Multi vendor equipment (Cisco, Extreme, Foundry, Networks) ( LAN/WAN technologies (switches, routers, Ethernet) Basic knowledge of TCP/IP and the OSI model Basic knowledge of various internet routing protocols (BGP, OSPF) Basic Knowledge of ARP, ICMP, Bootp, tftp Good Communication skills Good writing skills Contact: PLEASE E-MAIL RESUMES TO: Apply by Email
